C3 Training - Module 4- Install and PM

The parameters backup/reload and firmware update/reload process has since changed, and is now a lot more streamlined. There is now the C3 Toolbox that is utilized to perform these actions. Additional training on how to use The Toolbox will be provided during the on-site service training.
